Sir, We have cooperative housing society. One poor person washes the cars of the residents everyday. His wife also works as a housekeeper in our society. This family has 4 children (2 male and 2 female). That person is illterate however he admitted his children to Municipal School. Some time particularly when he receives his emoulment from residents he brings his child to count the received amount from residents. Sometime his son helps him for washing the cars. My question is, is this a case of child labour. The child doesn't get directly emoulment from the nither society not residents. The society management committee had taken objection on this. Please let me know.

.sir I want to ask a doubt about our grand child, my grand child studying at 6 th std, and below std 3 and 4 th std also around 6 th floor daily go with bag, up and down, that school floor is on 13 th floor, when parents around 40 complained because if children health, they said u remove your kids from this school,. Heavy bag is carrying, they get tired daily What we should do for this? We can't change to another school.. School is doing right or wrong Pl advise us What action we can taken against this lawnof school, school got lift, but for only handicapped, can we file case against this management school please advise
