Sir/ madam my mother was a worker at tea garden in Darjeeling district and was a member of epfo. She died at the age of 57 years of age. My father too is no more. I have only one married sister aged 34 years old. I too have attained 35 years and am a govt servant. My question is Am I eligible to get any benefit under EPS like pension or one time lump sum amount lying in my mother's eps account? Do I get any benefit under edli? Please help me.

Employer is bound to only contribute 10% That 10% can become 12% only by the notification made by the government in the original gazette

NCP means non-contributory period. Re-submit your form with breaks in service, i.e whenever you were unemployed or were on unpaid leave.
