In UK my kids are never told their grades or marks till the age of 7. From the age of 7 onwards they only know which group are they in (lower higher) but never told individual grades to kids. Always parents receive their result.

Sir with all due respect our domestic social system consists of joint family, there it is relatively impossible to drive your child the way mother wants, i exprienced the same for my child. Plz do give lectures to males also plz live seprately or give a seprate home to your family if u want ur child to grow and learn peacefully, living with sasural relations ultimately brings problems and that leads to domestic fights and as a result our child learn the same. I m and my children are big affectee of living in sasural.
