Supertramp "entered" my life in the late 70's early 80's and for some unexplainable reason they never left. Till today. Even though they still (thank god) exist today, if we want to be honnest we have to admit that 90% of supertramp DNA is.....Mr Hodgson. I mean, this is not just about music. Complètement d'accord avec vous. C'est et restera un Groupe Mythique, magnifique. J'écoute souvent ce morceau comme tant d'autres et cela me fait du bien. J'ai eu, l'occasion lors du cadeau de mon anniversaire, en 1997, de la part d'un ami, de les voir sur scène, après des années d'absence et leur volonté de se retrouver pour une tournée mondiale. Nous étions dans la fosse, le meilleur endroit pour apprécier un concert. On avait RDV avec un Groupe Mythique et surtout avec un Grand Talent... 😍🥰😘❤🌈🌝 Désolée mais de nos jours, cela manque cruellement !!! J'espère, avant de quitter, cette planète, les revoir sur scène !!!

Comme je le disais précédemment, groupe mythique. Musicalité juste magnifique et magique pour les oreilles et pour ressentir de belles émotions. La musique 🎶adoucit les mœurs lorsque le talent des musiciens est au rendez-vous, ce qui est vraiment le cas. Mon rêve, les revoir, très vite, sur scène 😍🌞🌈💖💐🙏

I have been a fan of Supertramp since the day I started college in 1979, I was 19, I drove my co Ed dorm crazy because I played my record player at max volume!!!, I love Supertramp even today at the age of 62! I spent my whole life listening to their music!!’ On my bucket list is to meet the as their #1 fan!!!

It's amazing how Hodgson's voice has not change even a bit in 40 yrs. Most singers at this age sound very old and more like the sound of a coffin's door opening. He makes the songs sound identical to the actual record issued back then. Awesome.

I was 17 years old when this song came out. I was playing it one day in our living room and my mom, who was on another planet, musically, came out and said; "What an amazing harmony." She also played piano so that was a hook for her as well. Another band I have to tip my hat to for being so original, and further evidence of a time when everything did not come out of a plastic box.

Well said, although I'm not from your generation, my dad is, he introduced me to supertramp and all of his other favourite musicians while I was growing up and I couldnt be more grateful to him for that. Thanks to him I'm able to enjoy such great pieces of music ! I wish I was born at a time where songs like that were still coming out, such a golden era for music ! Anyway, I got a bit passionate here, sorry !
