This scene is in the novelization of Child's play 3 but it's slightly different. Chucky gets out and sees the lever. He pulls it down and the compactor begins to cave in on the poor guy. But in the movie Chucky laughs while the guy gets crushed. In the novel Chucky sees the whole thing and watches from beginning to end. It's like a kid watching a really cool movie. Chucky watches as the guy struggles to get out and gets a sadistic kick out of it. At one point the guy almost got out but slipped on garbage. Chucky says OOPS sadistically and bends down the whole time to see the guy get crushed. He really is enjoying what he sees. Chucky is a savage killer.
