I wouldn't call it being greedy. Her son is entering into new activities that cost money. She's paying the full amount for that. Children get more costly as they get older. And now the judge just made it so that he's paying less child support without being ordered to pay for any of those added expenses. He could stop paying all of that and because the order says $395/month that's all he'll have to pay. I'm not real crazy about some of the orders that Judge Vonda makes. It's like she's biased.

HMMM> this case reminded me of a friend whos x pulled him back in for child care adjustments and the judge discovered that the payments where already too high by a previous judge and then it did not go over well for the mother of the child as she was now only getting less than half of what she was getting and to make up for the error the judge ordered no payments for 19 months to make up for the error.

I'm in the same boat actually. I pay $1300 a month PLUS healthcare for a child that isn't even 1 years old yet. Waiting for child support to approve my modification so it can be lowered. Said it could take up to 6 months before I get a response back though.

When I got divorced, my ex was ordered to pay $25 per week for our daughter. He worked at Jeep and made $19 per hour. I worked at a restaurant and made $160 per week. Had to sell my car and walk to work everyday. Wish she was my Judge!

I just started following this channel we do need judges like this! She is definitely fair as it gets. I hate when the girl plays victim, but wants more yet she gets the opposite effect. I truly believe in 50/50. Guy is on a lower $40k income lifes super expensive he can pay so much so to me it just has to be fair honestly. Thats the dirty part about having the ex dad paying it all. It is suppose to be 50/50 hes paying some bills on the kid be fair on it. This is a pretty good judge like it like it!
