I sarcastically love how she’s telling him he needs a new secretary, after the mother gets “voluntary, random information”about his earning. She’s clearly digging into something off script. But when they get into further, tea time details, she’s telling them it doesn’t have anything to do with her. -_- I love Vonda, but I think she was needing a day off.
@andrewbaker46523 жыл бұрын
This was a joke. Vonda kept interrupting him whenever he tried to explain something that was not a simple answer and was only answering her questions. She clearly favored the woman who opened by asking for "an increase in my payments" while flaunting expensive trips on social media. The children clearly do not get much from his already large payments, let alone the increased amount. Additionally texas law allowed the poor man to be steamrolled and forced to pay a permanently increased child support (at least until he can come back to court in a year to lower it to a more reasonable amount) despite not actually having an increase in income. He never saw the 50k. It was paid directly to the IRS, yet the law says that's as good as directly in your bank account so you need to pay more. He also pays too much in child support. Kids don't need $1500 a month, let alone over 2k. Food, clothing, and the essentials are not THAT expensive, especially when the mother should be providing as well, not just relying on the father for everything. Even with extras like computers and sports, this still does not get you to $1500 a month (spoken from personal experience). Now the father effectively lost an income producing investment that could of benefitted his kids in the long run. He could have saved for his kids college or gotten them nice things when they visit him but no, now mom will waste all of it on trips she posts on social media. Besides, we all know what will happen. When he goes back in a year to get it lowered, the court will say "well you made 50k more last year, you have obviously been lazy this year and are intentionally not earning at your full potential" and will probably just keep the payment at the elevated level or say "even though we agree that you are paying substantially above what the calculation shows you should be, you now have a history of paying the higher amount despite not actually having a larger salary and you are clearly capable of paying it (despite any problems it causes to him) so we will keep it as is". While parents should take responsibility for their children and support them, this man is clearly being taken advantage of by both his ex and the system. He really needs to file for full custody, this is just ridiculous. This way, the kids will actually benefit and see the money and the mom will have to actually contribute and not be a leach.

She is a Beautiful black intelligent QUEEN ☥ the show is dramatized the people are actors she's not a judge she's a license attorney in the state of Texas so her mannerisms / "attitude" is part of an act to keep us entertained to follow the show cuz this is what sales shame on you sister for downing another black Queen that's just doing what she loves having fun and informing us at the same time

I forgive you for being angery with dis-serious people you feel overwhelmed with. Just remember you don’t have to always qualify if you feel alone in or out of court systems and the work load is already trying to pace a scheduled advanced recovery of our family government still in training. I want to thank you for trying to set a good example for everyone who can still love your worth. I appreciate your efforts let’s keep the team work and allegiance steady. Peace friends💝

That 50k is a one time payment NOT a yearly increase.
@mikem41626 жыл бұрын
so how long would he be required to pay an increased rate because of the 50k?

Mike M Thank you for tuning in and great question! When he is able to come back to court and show otherwise, the court may consider. The problem is that he’s an attorney too so his income doesn’t have a cap. In cases like this, it’s probably best that he doesn’t adjust it for that reason.

@@JudgeVondaB You think if the guy is a lawyer he would know that but I'm guessing the schools dont always teach that part unless the student us is asleep in class.

Judge Vonda B, What happens if his income doesn't increase but instead decreases?
@ignoranceisnotbless87166 жыл бұрын
This is such a miscarriage of justice and a complete fraud once a person is divorced a set child-support is reached no one should get an extra penny no matter how rich the other person gets they weren’t there they didn’t support they didn’t earn it and most children never see any of that money. Period

@cynthiaoconnor7185 Жыл бұрын
Since this is a one time dispersal, will he have to come back again (if the payment amount changes) and have support changed? Also, I divorced in TX, to a police officer, and learned the hard way to have the support payment direct deposited into my account by his employer. Otherwise, he either didn't pay or his current squeeze would spend the money for the support amount so my checks would bounce. Another way to avoid arguments as there is no need to speak to your ex.

Ok guys this is why you don't want to get married in today times men are losing their money to these gold-digging women who want the kid's money for themselves. The money men send to their children half of the money should go into a saving account for the kid's not the mother. So to fix the problem let's not marry until our women start to be better women import you wife to have a better life.
