Just got his BIS by accident and I got him in his last rerun by accident too. I never play him since I'm a mobile phone user and he's kind of has a complex gameplay but I will surely try to learn his playstyle now bcs it's been a year and I haven't really used him extensively

@@xplodax I got raiden the last banner and was aiming for a 4 star in his banner, Got childe at 10 pity instead. Same with his weapon, was aiming for rust, got the 5 star at 20 pity instead.

I'm a mobile player and I used him in the abyss. It's not that complex imo. Sometimes when I panicked I just unga bunga and still cleared the abyss on time. Meta players probably got a heart attack seeing my rotation lmao.

@@Annakina7375 yeah, I already got used to him at this point, I use him for my hyperbloom teams. My artifact luck isn't the best though so my artifacts still sucks lol.

Its kinda unfair comparison bc it seems that the polar has only 1 stack on the burst comparison.

when using him on a real team rotation polar will have 0 since you want to use the ranged burst

@@user-uq1sk6dv6v You start with childe, E (1 stack), do a normal and charged atack quickly (2 and 3 stacks), change to bennet, Q, change to kazuha, Q then E for double swirl, change to xiangling, E Q and then back to childe, Q with all 3 stacks and then E and start atacking 🤷

Just tried him on test run for free primogems and my goodness, his dual blade attack animations are fcking amazing! I can't get enough of how beautiful his attacks flow from one another. Def top 5 best Genshin Char animations.

This is unfair comparison for hunter's path. You did not have any em. I have seen it reach 500k vap.

A test on solo damage is meaningless. When you play with Bennett, weapon that give you Atk will give less damage than weapon that give you Bonus dmg or Crit.

It’s meaningless IF you only play him with Bennett. While it may not be meta, I’ve run him on many teams without Bennett and I’ve done several solo clears of abyss with just Childe. For anyone like myself this test is very valuable.

Not at all? On the contrary, a solo dmg test is way better than with any supports, unless you want a nuke test, then a pyro applier is good. Not everyone plays Bennet

I'm assuming you used the exact same build, right. I believe you showed you did. In any case, There's a bit of an unfair comparison with Hunter's Path. The CA bonus scales off of elemental mastery. You had 0 elemental mastery.

That makes it even more clear that Hunters Path is an inferior bow compared to the others when it comes to Childe wielding it

@@nightowl5332 Not true, child has always been a character that benefits from even a little bit of em, as he is a driver (vaporize, elctro charged, etc.). Weapons are supposed to balance out the stats from your artifacts. You should use artifacts and weapons that can work hand in hand for the best benefit.

I have like 62 cr 180 cd on childe with 2 2 piece atk set and using amos bow is it good ? Or should i go for other weapon cause it doesn't seem much difference

If you want to invest in him, try your luck with the weapon banner and go for his bow.

I honestly wouldn't, If your strictly f2p, stick with r5 Stringless. I have polar star on him and I did runs with r5 Stringless and they preform rather similarly, they both cleared around the same time. Stringless gives a lot more front loaded dmg, and in Childe's case, that's where most of his dmg is anyway. I don't know if my Stringless build had better artifacts that aligned with the weapon more or not, but I was honestly surprised at how good the stingless was on him. I was doing around 300k+ vapes on him.

You are not triggering the hyperbloom , the electro character will , make sure that the electro has a lot of EM , other than that everything that u see in the vid is valid. Childes personal dmg is still the same in a hyperbloom team, he just creates the blooms.

I would say thats its almost the same. TP is better with 4 pc shim but ofc a whole different rotation. If you go with 2p then theyre just the same imo But ofc if you want to see more critdmg on ur stats, aqua is the way to go xD
