The question is if you get tanned or your skin get darker from the sun how will this tattoo appear?

It will still look much better than before. The color on the treated scar does not change with tanning. There will be a difference between the treated scar and the skin around it only because you're tan. Then it will blend again once your tan goes downq

I'm a New Conceal Tatoo Artist. There are a couple of techniques. One is permanent that also helps improve texture or you can use the skin color pigments that will need a touch up usually in around 3-5 years. Depending on the scar.
