Damn, I miss this era of COB! They were more melodic and creative back then, and on "Follow The Reaper", they had perfected it all. With songs like Everytime I Die, Bodom After Midnight, Mask Of Sanity, Children Of Decadence, Hate Me, Follow The Reaper & Taste Of My Scythe, COB created something beautiful :o -They are still good, but have become too mainstream I think, taking the more extreme approach musically :/

It honestly must have been a quagmire for them to prepare for this filming. They knew it was for the DVD, so they wanted to be at their best. On one hand, "don't be drunk" may be the obvious wisdom. But on the other hand, they were usually lit before hitting the stage, and during the set, so what if not being "drunk enough" threw off their performance? Whatever balance they decided on, they nailed it, because this DVD is nearly flawless. RIP Alexi
