CHILE RELLENOS CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS:
For the casserole:
► 6 poblano peppers
► 20 oz Oaxaca cheese
► Cooking spray
For the egg batter:
► 6 eggs (at room temperature)
► 1/2 tsp baking powder
► 1/3 cup all purpose flour
► 1/4 cup of milk
► Salt and pepper to taste
For the salsa:
► 5 tomatoes
► 1/4 white onion
► 1 jalapeño pepper
► 2 garlic cloves
► 1 tortilla
► 2 tsp chicken bouillon
► 1/2 tsp oregano
► 1/3 cup water
► Salt to taste
