WHY are you and ANYBODY else eating the RAW chile peppers???? You are 100% missing the point...Green chiles are MEANT to be eaten AFTER roasting...and the taste at that point is NOTINING like the raw and BITTER taste of the chiles out of the fields.........You completely missed the point and shame on the Hatch folks for not showing you the REAL excellence of green chiles....
