it is a little borderline moronic to just pop a trinidad like that... especially for people not accustomed to super hot chilies. some people don't realize just how painful it is: it's not just the burn in the mouth, the whole body reacts to it. some people's bodies start shaking... stomach spasms, shortness of breath, etc..

Top tip (it wont taste nice i warned you) but yeah! Salty milk! Cures heat pretty quick. We use salt in hot Chutney sonit doesnt makebthe burn stick to your mouth; the milk is milk.. it soothes it. also its not so healthy to do this often but try having some oil before hand. Oil lines your stomack and throat so its a smoother burn.

LMFAO, it was so funny. He was kinda 'Just hit me, I can take it' but he did fast realize this was no ordinary Chilli. And the way they can't sit still. You can get used to it, and even addicted to Chilli, but Chilli Klaus is very obviously used to it and has probably been eating strong Chilli for years. Why does he always bring a glass of water with him? My experience with chili ( which is somewhat limited - haven't eaten a raw one) is that water does absolutely nothing to help with the fire in your body. When I eat to much chili or to hot food I find that yoghurt, milk, bananas or bread are the only things that help. But Klaus is quite a pro at this so I he has his tricks - or maybe he doesn't need them.
