Hi Tiffany. I love how you embrace all those special moments with your babies. I bet no one noticed your dress. I've done things like that. It happens to us all. Great video. Ty.

Don’t feel bad Tiffany. You aren’t the only one I once wore a pair of shoes on the wrong feet to a funeral🤦♀️ I wondered why these shoes hurt my feet so bad and vowed to give them away. I noticed at the dinner afterwards that I had them on the wrong feet. In my defense it was hard to tell by looking at them. 🤣🤣

Wilder’s bow tie and matching suspenders was so sharp and handsome! And your cornbread helper is absoultely precious!💜You made me chuckle with the story about your dress. At least it wasn’t super noticable and likely nobody else had a clue, but I would still be embarrassed. ❤One time at church I bent down to greet a child and as I went to squat, I heard and felt my pants split right in the middle. I quickly stood up and backed against a wall. I had someone retrieve my purse and as soon as I could discretely get out the door and to my car, I did and went home to change. I had to not let myself think about who may have seen something. I was mortified. 😂

You might try leaving a shelf empty where school stuff can be put when someone else is clearing the table. You could then put it away correctly when you had a minute. That would keep most of the shelves still organized nicely. Just a thought. Have a great week ❤

Your race day was like a place we call Mo-Kan Dragway! A really fun place to go!!! Im 100% positive that you my friend will find exactly what Wilder needs ❤ That dress is really pretty! Its nice knowing youre just like me! Meaning occasionally things happen and ya just gotta roll with it! 😂😂 Today was very scarey for our family! My neice went missing and for a hot minute we was all very worried! Turned out she was being a rebellious teen and was later found. So all is well!! Thank goodness, reminder to keep a watchful eye on those you love!!! I visit Sullivan tomorrow, so a happy Grandma i will be ❤❤

For Wilder school have you thought of trying a different company curriculum? Maybe trying something different will help. Just an idea. ❤ Your little helper is so cute

I have tried some but so many are so expensive, so I haven’t tried a lot of different ones.

What if you buy some sort of window frost or curtain type material for the glass front cabinet? Maybe disguising it would help a bit?
@MamaMealPrep5 күн бұрын
You could do a small curtain rod affixed to the cabinet and add window valances to hide that piece.

I wore my shirt inside out once because it had raw hems and the only way to tell is by the tag that is on the left side of clothing. 🤦♀️🤦♀️ At least the seam isn't very noticeable. I never would have known if you didn't count it out and even then it's hard to see. ❤❤❤ I also once wore two different pairs of shoes to the doctors office and didn't notice until I was there. Thankfully they were both grey and sort of looked the same but if you were looking, people would notice. 😂

For Wilder... have you looked into workbooks from dollar tree, target, walmart, and book stores. Dollar tree has timed addition and subtraction workbooks. You might try some first grade work books from stores because they seem to coincide by grade with public school, where as the good and the beautiful seems to be a year to a year and a half ahead. My experience was last year. My son was doing g&b 1st grade math when my sister came to visit with her 2nd grade public schooler. She came during the school year so she brought her assignments with her. My sister and older neice was struggling to explain the assignment where my younger neice could understand it. I looked at it and said, oh I've got this. My son did this a couple months ago. So i taught her the lessons for the week because they were all fresh in my mind. The problem was they were teaching her in a way that she couldn't pick up on, where I taught her in a different way that clicked in her mind.

I believe my boys are the same age as Wilder and Layla and this is our first year of homeschooling. So I really appreciate when you are willing to share information like Wilder struggling and explaining what you are trying to do. Please let us know when you figure out what works for him. Leading up to us starting homeschool I watched and learned so much from you and you helped give me the confidence to do it. We are using the Good and the Beautiful curriculum and loving it but I do feel like the math portion is not challenging enough for my oldest. Basically I'm just saying even though you think mentioning something like that doesn't matter but it truly helps me learn and prepare from an experienced homeschool mom and I really appreciate it. Also I totally get what you mean when you say you hope they don't start pronouncing certain words right. It's so bitter sweet to watch them figure out how to say something correctly when they would say it so stinking cute the wrong way. My youngest calls a wisk the wisky. He says mom can I use the wisky. And my oldest calls breakfast brefcast. And I can't bring myself to correct them😊. Thanks for sharing. Lots of love ❤ from Nicole in Indiana

For Wilder what are his strong/weak points? If he has weak points maybe find a different workbook or theme to help teach him that. Also what are his interests? Sports, building, art, music? Maybe for this season continue doing 1st grade work slowly but let him explore a subject of interest more in depth.

exactly - he has maxed out his potential, so we just keep on plugging away reading and doing some things; he's just so eager to learn! it's a wonderful thing.
