Investigate the allegations of torture and death in custody: Not the people who speak out!
On 2 July, the police questioned FFN’s Anna Har and cartoonist Amin Landak over the premiere of this film on 12 June. Subsequently, the police raided Amin’s home and FFN’s office and confiscated our computers and equipment.
On 6 July, four activists from human rights group SUARAM and MISI: Solidariti were called in for questioning by the police at Bukit Aman. These ongoing harassments against activists, journalists, and artists attempt to silence our voice and deflect the public pressure on the prevalent cases of custodial death in the past few months.
