I swear when B does her videos with Jeremy. I believe them 100%. The knowledge and terminology is nailed and if I didn't watch a lot of chiropractic videos I would say that she went to college and has her md in chiropractic. Or any other field for that matter. Only critique is the use of undiluted essential oils. Always dilute with a carrier oil (sweet almond is a common one), because irritation can occur otherwise.

I'm not a doctor, but I believe temperature can be an indication of blood flow and circulation. Warmer skin means the blood is rushing there trying to sooth or heal something. Cooler skin may mean you're not be getting enough blood flow. But that's just my limited understanding of it!

Hot skin in a specific area can be an indicator of inflammation, due tu arthritis, injuries, infection, etc... It's not uncommon to also notice redness and edema (swelling) in an inflamed area 😊
