How do you get your lines this straight, smooth and perfect? Do you use some kind of setting like you can draw in Adobe illustrator?

Kim Baetens procreate has a brush setting called 'streamline', that makes the curves smooth. A similar tool exist in Photoshop CC 2018+ called 'smoothing' - but it isn't as great as streamline tool.
