I loved this, felt good to smile and laugh during these 14 minutes with these tough days for me, the haircut suits you so well and I loved all the stuff you made and the little realisation of going with life even when it doesn’t go according to plan, it’s freeing and so much easier than resisting and becoming stagnant. Also would love to see the video on journal prompts! I love journaling, I use it for deep introspection and letting go of some of the minds endless stories and to simply remember things :)

I‘m not okay!!! How do you do this leah? I feel sooo relaxed and happy when I watch your videos.
