Hi! I am not sure if you already know or talked about rosacea but it is a skin condition that gives you redness like that across your cheeks along with some acne with papules and pustules (although is not acne as we know it). Also the skin gets very sensitive and may flush from temperature changes, hot water, some foods, direct sun... And it can get itchy too. Maybe it is not what you have but it is worth checking cause it has different treatments other than the acne ones. I have rosacea so... 🤷 Hope you dont mind this comment! I dont mean to pinpoint anything, it is just that i know how it feels like to have that type of skin and how annoying is sometimes. Hugs from Spain! 💜

Since you're really pale and have some hyper pigmentation, I would highly recommend you to use more sunscreen! Round Lab Birch Juice Moisturizing Sun Cream SPF50+ PA++++ has high UVA protection and is good for sensitive skin. Use a 1/4 teaspoon for your face and reapply every two hours if you're outside. :)
