When I color, I prefer either alcohol markers or glitter gel pens. I’m actually coloring with glitter gel pens while watching this video! I like to be able to blend colors and make gradients. Neon gradient blending is my fave and probably my signature coloring style. I love watching you harvest magazines. I’ve been building up my fussy cut stash for my color glue book and glueing some of it down while I continue to harvest.

I make cards with another group I'm part of. I use watercolors to color in the stamps.. Using a paintbrush doesn't seem to hurt my hand as much as a pencil or marker, and I like the look.

oh my goodness. I can't believe you said you have fall colors in your house. So do I! Over the years, I have always chosen some variation of the basic reds, yellows, greens, and blues. I've had various decorating styles over the years, but in some way, some shades of those colors seem to show up.

I found the Dollar Tree card things. I wasn't sure I would because that section of our Dollar Tree is a mess. I got the Retro one and another called Happy. I think I'm gonna use them to write on instead of gluing anything on the front.Thanks for bringing them to our attention cuz they're really cool.

✂️Gosh, I enjoy your commentary! You’re my new best friend, LOVE your laugh! I color as well and prefer color pencils because the colors can be layered to give depth highlights and texted much easier and with better detail than markers. Don’t get me wrong, I love a marker…or a million…they still have a place in my art life, just not my coloring books. I’m just starting this glue book craft. I need to find some free magazines!

The other day my sister called me "the human cricut machine" when she saw me fussycutting, but I think that title more aptly suits you 😂. You cut ✂️✂️ quite fast (at least compared to me though I am admitteldly quite slow). I just finished a double spread in my own "Big Random" and then saw you post. Thanks for sharing and also the recommendation for a new tv series. Also you often say that sherman is snoring loudly but I can never hear it (not sure about anyone else).

I prefer color pencils myself because I think markers sometimes make it look to smeary lol or bleed lol.. but I’m trying to get into using markers which I just thought about while fussy cutting myself just pulled out a paper my daughters printed to color and use the markers on it and try it out since it’s been awhile since I used markers for coloring lol..💜💜✌️

I didnt like colored pencils for a long time butcif you buy the expensive colored pencils they color better and you can get different hues of the color buy coloring different ways in pressure
