A quick sewing hack if you shop the sleeves off they won't look good as they do now, if you wanna do it get some shoulder pads and fold the sleeves around and sew or hot glue it as you like. It will give you the effect you're looking for and the sleeves will have that standing on their own kinda they won't drop on your shoulder. Pair it with some dark cargo pants long belt and those boots and daiiiiiiim son 👍🥵
