I'm reading a lot of negativity in the previous posts. Yea, I wear gloves but sometimes I forgot. Etc. Etc. I will also say spend the time upfront to build (screw, glue, however) a stack of wood that matches the hight of your chop saw.

My hands are tough. Lol. Yeah I noticed that not everything was as safe as it could have been but I do understand grinder safety. My face is never in line with the grinding wheel and I'm wearing Goggles. With a cutoff wheel I would have changed my style. This was a grinding wheel. Always make sure you do what you are comfortable doing. Thanks for the comment.

How in the hell did you grind the wheel hub off the spindle from yrr first video?

I cut most of it off with a cutoff grinding wheel and then i ground down what was left.

You need to learn how to edit videos so we don’t have to sit here falling asleep while you adjust things!

Good lord this was painful to watch. Learn to secure and clamp your work while cutting and measuring.
