Chilled Blueberry Cheese Cake
Ingredients:
8 Gelatine Sheets
500 grams Frozen Blueberry
180 grams Fine Sugar
100 grams Water
750 grams Mascarpone
250 grams Cream Cheese
Pan Size: 2 x(15cm x 15cm)
Or
Pan Size: 1 x(15cm x 15cm) + 4 x (9cm x 9cm)

I don't have an oven, a mixer, a blender or a processor. I love it when I find no-bake dessert recipes that only requires a whisk. It's very pretty. I hope that one day I would be able to make this. Thanks!

Hi micheal thank so much a great recipe 😍 just a question? Have you ever tried stabilizing whipped cream using agar agar?? 🤔 I have tried this 2 times by boiling the agar with some water then added a bit of warm cream then let it cool down on the side I have whipped very cold cream till soft peaks then added the agar mixture of course it was a disaster 😭 can you please give me your thoughts on how it can be done using veg gelling agent ? Thanks in advance

Thank you for making a video without the excessive mixing noise. I tried watching another video from someone else and they spent so much time mixing up close sounds I had to click it off. Some people like it and call it asmr but it's annoying to me.

Hi, I had the same question, and located a website, it says, "1 (0.25 oz.) envelope granulated gelatin = 1 tablespoon powdered gelatin = 3 sheets leaf gelatin." The site says that sheet gelatin produces a clearer product. Here is the link; www.modernistpantry.com/gelatin-sheets-silver.html

WHAT IS MASCARPONE? Mascarpone (/ˌmæskɑːrˈpoʊniː/, or /ˈmɑːskərpoʊn/; Italian: [maskarˈpoːne]) is a classic Italian cream cheese coagulated by the addition of certain acidic substances such as lemon juice, vinegar, citric acid or acetic acid. The difference between mascarpone cheese and cream cheese is it's hailing from Italy's Lombardy region, "mascarpone" is a buttery, double- or triple-cream cheese made from cow's milk. It is ivory-colored, soft, and delicate and can be either nearly liquid or similar to butter. Since Mascarpone is a type of mild cheese (not very strong)...it is usually used to prepare desserts; however, it equally pairs well in savories also. Mascarpone cheese isn't as DENSE...HEAVY as those whipped containers "OR" solid blocks of cream cheese. Additionally, MASCARPONE isn't as "tangy" as SOUR CREAM. It sort of reminds me of French "Creme Fraiche"; however, the "texture" of "mascarpone" is heavier...sort of like room-temp premium butter! Mascarpone cheese is usually utilized in Italian desserts, such as Tiramisu. It has half the calories of butter, it's low in salt and it's gluten-free. It's very delicious! It pairs very well with citric & berry flavors, orange, lemon, grapefruit & lime zest, cinnamon-even espresso/coffee. YUM! It comes in a plastic container and can usually be found near the Ricotta cheese, sour cream, milk, butter, cream, Half-n-Half, etc. areas of the supermarket. Popular brands in the U.S.A. are Cello, BelGioioso & Trader Joe's (store) brand. But, there are many many MORE, depending on where you live or shop. ;-D The containers are usually 8, 12, 16 ounces. Retails for about $2.85-$3.50 (8-oz.) Hope this information is helpful! ;-D

Some questions for you. In the video, it didn't look like you used 8 sheets of gelatin but 3 or 4 for the amount of molds you used. Did you actually use 8? In the U.S. the gelatin sheets are much larger so, what exactly were the dimensions or how much did they weigh? For the crust in the small square molds, did you bake the raw dough inside the pan or did you bake them freeform then cut them into squares to fit the pan after you baked them? Finally, you didn't show how you removed the cheesecake from the smaller molds in the video. Did the small square molds have removable bottoms? I was wondering how you removed the smaller cheesecake as I prefer the look of the smaller individual size versus the larger. Thank you for this yummy recipe. I cannot wait to make it.

For your information, yes I used 8 sheets of gelatine, dimension about 7cm x 12cm, weighs about 14 grams in total. Here in belgium we can only fine this size of gelatine in the supermarket. I baked the crust in the pan and the small square metal rings. Watch my chilled banana cheese cake for more info about how to remove the metal ring if you are using them of course. Thete is no need to show how to removed the cheese cake from the smaller mold because it has been shown in another video. I don't have to show the different between the smaller cheese cake versus the larger one, because with some common sense people will get the idea, especially it has already covered and shown on another video on my channel. If you are new here, is wise to browse through my channel. A lot of videos are connected in some ways.
