This is out of topic but can a 4G IMSI location be tracked or be scan like in Mr Robot shows. please educate me more im curious and interested about this. Thank you

IMSI catching on 4G / LTE networks is possible with a $10,000 USD software defined radio and LTESniffer. And also, if the LTE cellular provider is using the SS7 protocol (and not Diameter) it is possible to track mobile phone subscribers. I don't know anything about SS7, and I don't want to know about it.
