How do u do a chiller optimization control?

I believed now a days chiller manufacturers has their own microprocessor based controller that implements optimization control. If I will be the one to write the control for adding and shedding of chillers then it is necessary to make sure that the no. of chillers will match the load requirement of the building. But honestly I am just doing third party software integration of Chilled water system to Building Automation system. CPM or chiller plant manager and the chiller's own control will be the one responsible for optimal performance of chillers, primary and secondary pumps.

Why is CH-1 Show on yet Isolation Valve say closed, and CH-3 Iso vlv shows Open but Off I take it CH-7 and 8 aren't communicating or bad sensors.

good observation in you side, actually what I did here is Software Integration through BACnet/IP, I guess during the screenshot of this graphics third party software integration is not yet 100% accurate, and some of the Chillers are running in manual mode

anyway during final handing over of the project all the BMS graphics I prepared went to a crucial scrutiny of the consultants

actually what I have here in is a Schneider product Automation server and I/O modules and BACnet controllers but for this particular graphics we used here Honeywell EBI system
