Chiller plant manager is the display of chiller or what inside the panel which control chillers is called CPM

kinda confusing for the staging of chillers. are you staging chiller on and off based on load demand? each load can be calculated since you have flow meter running through the chiller. the moment the load is reached say 100% or chiller cannot give the supply temperature of design 8 deg C, you can start the next chiller and should not be staged based on temperature of supply chill water as your supply chill water temperature will never reach 40deg C in stage 4 as shown in your program.

CPM was programmed by our sub contractor using Metasys, my role here is to do the software integration of CPM to BMS as BMS engineer. I am just using the CPM graphics to discuss the basic chilled water system operation. Each chiller here has its own microprocessor based controller that is responsible for chiller staging. The chiller guy was the one who did the programming for the chilled water system.
