Hi Sir. I am technician too living in England working in the same industry. AHU Actuator malfunction nothing to do with chiller. What I assume is faulty AHU supply and return air sensor which is operating the chill water flow.

What I assume sir. Chill water density could be very high and water not chemically treated well. Also Bottom of the evaporator coil in the chiller blocked with particles not happening normal flow.

Sir ask him to check simple way to investigate the issues. !.Possible Actuator valve motor not installed correctly or small drive range. Chill water air lock .Need back flushing all system ahu and fan coils if two flow valve installed in the plant..

Nanga decoupler with 2 control valve in suction and discharge line and also AHU return line la matum than bypass valve fix aairuku ,,the bypass valve for AHU is connected b/w before and after the control valve in return line only athu yenu solli konjam explain pannunga..in suction header we used airseparator followed by expansion tank after that the return water will go to chiller through primary pumps ,athu yenu nu konjam explain unga WhatsApp number iruntha kudunga nan doubts clarify panna use a irukum I am Mohamed Suhaib currently working in Qatar in O&M.
