Chilli Chicken Noodles | One Pan | Easy quick and delicious

Enjoy this super simple, mega tasty one pan Chilli Chicken Noodles.
Ingredients
Sauce
2 tablespoon red chilli paste
2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon White rice vinegar
1 teaspoon five spice powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 chicken breast 250g
200g egg noodles
3 tablespoon oil
1/2 red onion
1 pepper
4 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
2 small Pak Choi (optional)
1 cup noodle water
Method
Make the sauce using the ingredients above.
Boil your noodles. Add a pinch of salt and oil to the water. Bring the water to a boil before adding the noodles.
Rinse with cold water.
On a pan, heat one tablespoon of oil.
Add the garlic, fry for 30 seconds then add the chicken.
Add salt and cook the chicken for around 6 to 7 mins until cooked.
Add the onions first, fry for one minute then add the peppers. After a minute add the Pak Choi (optional).
After another minute add the sauce.
Mix the sauce in then add the noodle water.
Bring to a boil then add the noodles. Mix the noodles in and you're done.
