CHILLI GARLIC NOODLES
Preparation time 15 minutes
Cooking time 20-25 minutes
Serving 2
Ingredients
For Boiling Noodles
Water, पानी
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
2 pack Noodles, नूडल्स
1 tbsp Oil, तेल
For Chilli Garlic Noodles
2 tbsp Oil, तेल
5-6 cloves Garlic, chopped, लहसुन
1 medium Onion, sliced, प्याज
1 tsp Red chilli flakes, चिल्ली फ्लक्स
½ tsp Soy sauce, सोया सॉस
2 tbsp Tomato ketchup, टॉमैटो केचप
1 tbsp Vinegar, सिरका
2 tbsp Chilli oil, चिल्ली ऑइल
Boiled Noodles, उबला हुआ नूडल्स
1 medium Green bell pepper, julienned , शिमला मिर्च
1 medium Red bell pepper, लाल शिमला मिर्च
2 tbsp Spring onion, chopped, प्याज़ पत्ता
½ Bhavnagri fresh red chilli, sliced, भावनगरी लाल मिर्च
Few Coriander leaves, roughly torn, धनिया पत्ता
For Chilli Oil
8-10 Dry Red Chilli, सूखी लाल मिर्च
2-3 Star anise , चक्र फूल
4-5 Cloves, लौंग
1 cup Oil, तेल
4 tbsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
For Garnish
Fresh Coriander leaves, धनिया पत्ता
Chilli oil , चिल्ली ऑल
Process
For Boiling Noodles
In a sauce pot, add water, salt to taste. Once it starts boiling add noodles .
Cover it with the lid and cook on medium flame.
Onces it's cooked strain the noodles and transfer it into a tray, add oil and mix it well.
Keep it in a refrigerator until it cools down completely.
For Chilli Garlic Noodles
In a wok, add oil, garlic and saute it well.
Add onion, red chilli flakes, saute for a few minutes.
Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, prepared chilli oil and mix it well.
Add boiled noodles and mix it well.
Add green and red bell pepper and toss everything well.
Add spring onion, bhavnagri fresh red chilli, coriander leaves.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and chilli oil.
For Chilli Oil
In a pan, add dry red chilli, star anise, cloves, oil on high flame.
Now switch off the flame, when it comes to medium - low temperature, add degi red chilli powder and mix properly.
Let it cool down completely, onces cooled strain and transfer it into a jar kept aside for future use.

Chef, to be honest I have never prepared your recipe but I always watch your videos to feel that aura and to fetch those gems that you give away while preparing those awesome recipes by stating "Ranveer aapne bataya nahi." I apply those techniques whenever I cook and people are appreciating my cooking now and I take the pride to say "Ranveer ne toh bataya tha shayad aapne dhyan nahi diya hoga."as they all know I'm a big fan of yours. Thanks for providing us with the skills and techniques. For example once you told "green shimla mirch" tastes better than "yellow bell pepper" (of you know what I mean) so, Igave it a try, infact I bought those smaller-stunted ones that no one prefers thinking those are defective and to my surprise those were loaded with flavours. Thanks for providing a new perspective towards cooking. God bless you brother!!
