I like that there was no one leaving during the first few peppers this time. It was really evil to include so many dried peppers this event. Mat did have a considerable amount of meat left on his stem while the other fellow ( Andy ) left his stem clean.

Love these chilli eating contests! Me and my housemate put a pound on a winner. we pick 3 people each as our bets on the winner. My last two were the final two! I always bet on: A.Wearing shades (reminds me of professional poker players) . B. got visible tattoos (handles pain) C. The most understated looking in the line up (you know they're bringing the A game).

Hi +redwhitetrue the word chili is spelled a number of ways around the world, in the UK/New Zealand etc we spell it 'chilli' other European countries spell it 'chili' in Italy they call it 'peperoncino' and in the America's it can be 'chili' or 'chile'. So as you can see this is just a few countries as all countries are different and many speak different languages so will either spell it another way or have a different word. Hope this helps out? :-)

Yep we are editing Monday's eating comp and hopefully have it up soon +Slaine 2010 . We do get asked by a lot of people as to when they will be up etc and believe it or not the club and vids is a hobby and we all have day jobs etc so we do try our hardest to get them up as soon as we can. ;-) We wish we had a full production team following us...lol ;-) Stay tuned. :-)
