We did too in the 70's and 80's played parts of this after dark outside on Halloween. It's been a minute. Fun childhood memories. Can't believe I came across this video. I don't know what happened to that record over the years.

WE FOUND THIS GREAT ALBUM AT A CALGARY GARAGE SALE FOR 50 CENTS AND CHANGED MY HALLOWEEN LIFE. IN THE COMPLEX MY GF LIVED IN, NO ONE HEARD OF THESE SOUNDS BEFORE. THIS WAS IN 1981 AND NOW HERE IN MONTREAL WHEN I PLAYED SOUNDS LIKE THESE WE WENT FROM 50-75 KIDS ALL NIGHT TO RUNNING OUT OF CANDY 15 MINUTES AFTER. THIS STARTED US ON OUR CURRENT HAUNTS AND NOW NO FEWER THAN 500 KIDS EACH NIGHT FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS!!

First as a DJ if this is a vinyl record, kudos to you for keeping in such incredible condition as you hear no pops or skips whatsoever! Secondly a wonderful album from my childhood.The screams and groans track around the 14:39 mark used to scare the crap out of me when I was young... And still raises a few hairs on the arm and neck and back even today! Great stuff back then and even now :-) thanks for posting :-)

I always listened to this recording of the chilling thrilling of the haunted 👻 house 🏠 and even today I still listen to it two of the parts of this album are 1:screams and groans fuses and explosions, creaking of the old wooden floors of this old haunted mansion and the one we're the passenger liner runs aground in the foggy night and the one we're the guy is cutting off part of the tree 🌳 branch then he screams all the way to the ground as this part of this tree 🌳 crashes to the ground even the part where the guy attempts to cross a wooden bridge 🌉 and as the bridge 🌉 collapses he screams all the way into the water 💧, you are a bold and courageous person afraid of nothing high on a hilltop near your home thier stands a dilapidated old mansion some say the place is haunted but you don't believe in such myths one dark and stormie night a light appears in the top most window in the tower of the old you decide to investigate and you never return!.

Unfortunately, the Wokists have taken out the end part when the narrator spouts out nonsensical sounds that are supposed to be Chinese words, after which she says "What am I saying, I'm not even Chinese!" These people are so destructive.

The scream at 2:26 is the same scream in David Lean's 1946 "Great Expectations" by Miss Havisham when her dress alights. I wonder how Disney got a hold of it?

I understand. It is hard to get through this, or anything like it..... But you need to do this! Strap yourself into a chair, put on the ol' headphones, start listening to this, and don't stop, until you've heard the entire thing! Then:Do it again...and again...and again, until it doesn't scare you anymore. You can do it! You got this!!
