Those who have not stolen or the abiding citizens are the ones to enjoy or enjoying in country of rule of law.Gone are days when cadres and politicians could harras and kill without being arrested because they had every authority to do so from Edgar Lungu. Law was not in application at that time and police were weakened by PF cadres and officials.
