CHIMERA: Get it before its gone!

Chimera is a great tank. I got it when it was last in the store, I think 6 months ago and for 8500 gold, and is one of my favourite medium tanks. Although, I did wreck one in my Panther 2 the other day because of the turret weakness and I could bounce a shot myself.

No point. The stats will be changed again within a few months. Most changes are so minor to even notice and are designed more to draw attention to the tank. WG notoriously did it with the TVP, WZ TD and now the E50M. They got suddenly popular and then WG made a slight tweak. Really, the basic gameplay strengths and characteristics never changed before, during or after the tweaks. I would suggest play various lines and decide yourself which are best. A 0.2 reload difference, for example, barely has any real world change within the game.

Awesome review and great sentiment. Could you please explain your equipment choices. E.g. why refined gun and why not calibrated shells? Thanks.

The slower the tank, the more refined gun makes sense and the Chimeras accuracy isnt that great. It has APCR shells as premium so calibrated is less effective

Is the game play similar to tech tree t-34-2 Chinese medium ???

Yes and no bc the Chinese meds I believe have way less fun depression like 5-6 degrees at best as opposed to the 9 or 10 the Chinera has which makes it as strong as it is...

T-34-2 has a much stronger turret and I believe is a little faster. The negative is weaker penetration, slightly less damage and inferior gun depression. Gameplay is very similar, with the Chinese a bit more of a menace in good hands. If you enjoy the Chinese, you'll love the Chimera.

Hello, just one thing. Is there a chanse to get the K-2 in the future? Will they "wargaming" sell it or l dont now. I just mised it by a hear. And l realy like the look of it. Wat was hapening in past? Does the tank shou up somwhere or somting. I didnt pay atention to similar events, and the tanks that where given by them. Sorry l made it so far. it was free from an event where you had to complete i think daily missions. will they release it again im not sure, hopefully though! i havent played the tank that much or in a while,but i dont think i liked it.

@@dirtydannyfadm yes, l have all of this tanks. The thing is l cant have all tanks, so l will try to get all the russian tipe tier 8 havy tank. And l like the look. It looks like mini IS-4. Thx anyway. All the best, later, by.

If there's one guarantee with WG, free tanks always end up in the store for gold. Be patient. It likely will take a year.
