Nice one. We took the trail up to Chimney Rock and the elevator down. The trail contains quite a few steps.

We have been there before, but we only drove up to the parking lot. Thanks for the tip about it's cheaper in January. We strongly agree that North Carolina is an amazing place. We both grew up there, but ended up in Georgia in 1995 (just in time for a Braves World Series and the Olympics). We had been going to the NC mountains all our married life from Charlotte, but really discovered the North Georgia Mountains after we moved here. And all the wonderful state parks. NC, SC, GA, TN and Virginia have been our outside playground for almost 70 years. We're so glad we live so close to so much. Love your videos! We've been following for at least 3 years.

Nothing like those North Carolina Mountains 😁 Georgia's not a bad place to live and it's really pretty as well! Definitely got lucky living in the area we do 😁 That's a little over half the life of our channel! Thank you we appreciate that ❤️

Please keep on giving those movie filming location facts. Didn’t realize so many movies were filmed here. Such a pretty place and view. I like Nick’s rant in the railing. North Carolina is a state we still have to hit as a family. Devil head was legit.

North Carolina is definitely one of our favorite states in the south! So many beautiful places 😁 in the next video we'll see the top and the bottom of the waterfall where the fight scene was filmed in The last of the Mohicans.

Yeah that view from there is amazing! Yeah you can we actually go to the top where the fight scene took place for The last of the Mohicans movie. And then we hike down to the bottom but that video comes out next week 😁

Yeah you should definitely add it to your bucket list! Maybe try to go during the week though maybe it won't be so crowded lol It's beautiful great views all around!
