If we went by the average people on here or anywhere else on social media who just do not get it it would be sad, but he has a great fan base who keep an eye on what he is doing. I hope someone can answer this question! I've figured out this whole song except for the heavy riff starting at about 2:28, which I just can't seem to get to sound right. I'm playing an RG1527 tuned to standard BEADGBE. As this riff goes on I am hearing varying notes that sound like they'd be played on an 8-string. Is Paul just playing single notes to a rhythm in this riff, and what I'm hearing is an illusion created by the bass guitar part?? Thanks!
