On my upper body day I do 4x8 db rows and 4x8 db bench press. How could I fit chin ups in there? (I do other stuff but those two are the ones I go really heavy on) SHould I do them at the end after bench press?

No. Weighted chin-ups are a main strength movement, so you need to do them early in your workout while you're still fresh. DB rows will fry your lats, meaning subsequent chin-up performance will suffer. Superset chins with DB bench press in a 1A/1B fashion. Then do your rows and other assistance movements.

@@NextLevelAthletics Oh ok so I can just do the db rows at the end I can do super set chin ups/bench press and then rows + rest of the workout
