China 110 atv just clicks bad starter bad ground or sylinoid lol ? Fixed

I just hooked up my harness on 50 cc noting is turning over but the solenoid is clicking can you show me how to hook up the solenoid right I don't know if I got it hooked up right

One red wire from sylinoid goes to battery one goes to starter !

My cuzins little Tao just clicks and when you try and start it, it dosnt have much juice and barely turns the engine over I have checked voltage and battery is good and I have about 3-5 volts going from the solenoid to the starter any ideas?

You got a bad solenoid or bad wire to solenoid ! N starter can be bad ! Jump solenoid see it it startes that would mean wires and starter are good !!and you sure battery good ? 12 volts n no cranking amps aka battery going out can still be part of the equations

my little brothers keeps clicking without being jumped , it started and ran down the street but shut off , it doesn’t start without being jumped tho , bad starter ? cause every time i’ve started it it just cuts off , battery should be fine it’s not old maybe like 2 years but isn’t really droven that much since last year when we got back home from vacation it was fine

If you jumped the starter motor n it ran than be bad starter sylinoid, if it runs then dies could be few things electric not charging if it ac cd then you need to look at carb is the fuel getting to carb fast enough to run ! Do you own a volt meter ?

Bad battery or bad starter ! Your bypassed sylinod by shorting it out ! Prolly starter

So you jumped sylinoid motor turned over but no spark ? So is the key switch on red n black wire need to be together with off spark is grounded out ! Cdi or stator or pick up trigger ! I have a video how to wire china quad n pitbike goes through everything in detail

The silonoide itself may be bad did you jump the two nuts with something to see if starter turned over ? N check ground to engine head somewhere too !

@@WaldensWorld yea I've done all that I believe engine may be locked first time for this usually something simple imma try to put a drill on engine and see what happens it's weird I replaced battery starter and solinoid n same click

There is a plastic fan with bolt head pull plug n put socket on fan nut ! See if engine turns if you haven’t yet ! If valve hit piston it won’t turn all the way try turning but backwards on fan with no plug or you will tear the plastic up !

The video shows me taking it out lol how many seconds you watch it ? But yes she started right up ! This is old and have seen 4 new units come in with starter chain off same symptoms but just needs chain put back on is all one had the rubber guard laying in the bottom of case !

If it don’t run when doing it key switch may be bad ! If it runs could be starter sylinoid or starter button or switch in brake lever on handle bars ! Do you have a volt meter or test light ?

Doesn't click at all. New solenoid put in. Battery is good. Lights work.

Bad on off switch ? bad brake switch, bad push buttons starter ! Dead battery or bad starter !

@@WaldensWorld2 yrs old. Ridden 3 times. Sat over winter. Tried starting in spring and turned over a few times but then while starting it just stopped. No noise nothing. Battery 13.1 volts. Lights work. New starter solenoid. New Cdi. Haven't tried putting a new start switch on yet. Thank u for the ideas. She is really missing her 4 wheeler.
