But make sure your game is the original game and that it does not have any other reamaning mods file on it, so try to reinstall the game and then try to put the mod again; maybe it will work. But if you still have problems with the Overhauled Mod, I suggest contacting the creator of the mod on the mod page on the moddb site so he can fix the mod and make a new patch for it.
