Hello Spoonie, I've missed a few of your videos recently cause I've been in the hospital for a few days. I was feeling very I'll and I thought i was having a crisis but as it turns out it was actually my appendix. I ended up having to have it removed. I'm okay, I just thought i should let you know and update you on how my body responds to the stress of surgery

@@SeaSpriteSpoonie I've been okay, the pain is tolerable and I should have the staples out soon. I've been taking more steroids to avoid putting too much stress on my body. And thank so much

Hiddilty Piddlety well I am so glad you are taking it slow! Honor your body, rest as much as you can, hydrate like crazy and listen to some Tibetan healing singing bowls or healing energy frequencies while you sleep to boost that healing process 🥰 Sending so much light & love ❤️🙏
