It’s China we’re talking about, so sadly due to garbage construction levels and nonexistent quality control it happens way more than you might think. Their government is just extremely fast to cover everything up, to the point that they even put up real life “censorship barriers” so that people cannot see, film or photograph the site of a disaster! This actually happened a few months back when a bridge fell in Beijing during a flood… people trapped in the falling bridge were screaming and pleading for help, and the first thing the government did was sending trucks to a parallel bridge so that they could mount plastic panels 12x12ft all over the bridge to obscure the view of the collapse to the public….

Two notes: The cracking glass part is ONLY on the lowest middle part of the bridge, the cross part. Only flat glass on the bridge. And it is not required to walk across that part either. So no one is forced to undergo the cracking glass. The trees are NOT pink. You can clearly see that the foreground has been selectively selected and color shifted. The wood on the walkways and the rock are far too pink. Just google images of it you'll see.
