I heard about Glen via Reuters. His approach involved an in-depth analysis of economic indicators, meticulous tracking of global trends, and identifying vulnerabilities in the Chinese market. He strategically executed short positions to capitalize on the anticipated downturn.

Fantastic video! I have incurred so much losses trading on my own....I trade well on demo but I think the real market is manipulated.... Can anyone help me out or at least tell me what I'm doing wrong??
@madisonaaric
@madisonaaric Ай бұрын
Trading on a demo account can definitely feel similar to the real market, but there are some differences. It's important to remember that trading involves risks and it's normal to face looses sometimes. One piece of advice is to start small and gradually increase your investments as you gain more experience and confidence. It might also be helpful to seek guidance from experienced traders or do some research on different trading strategies.

Please be aware, when you are paying high cost for financial advice, there is a significant loss to you before you even have the possibility of break even on any possible fund performance. Fee based financial services model lowers your fund performance and only incentivizes the advisor to get more customers for more fees, while you keep paying the high cost with no guaranteed return on anything. There are better models out there. Be aware!

How does this stimulate and help the real economy? People are not going to buy houses or increase consumption based on this because their situation is too precarious, precisely because a big chunk of their wealth has been destroyed by real estate. Also, there is crazy oversupply of houses. Foreign investors are not coming back because the geopolitical scenario is too precarious . When investors realise the fundamentals have not changed, they'll start selling again.

Actually Kevin is wrong. While the average income of Chinese households is below that of American households, their average net worth is actually higher. A roughly 35% household savings rate maintained for over 3 decades will do that. It is estimated that Chinese households have over 19 trillion USD of cash deposits parked in their banks compared to just 600 billion for US households. While the real estate wealth of Chinese households go down, the purchasing power of their mountains of cash just keeps going up. This mountain of cash and its rising purchasing power, rather than government stimulus, is what provides a bottom for the Chinese economy.

Wow - crazy if true! Sounds plausible though - what's the source?
@klotus8885
@klotus8885 Ай бұрын
Not true. There is no "mountain of cash" in Chinese households unless you define "Chinese" as "CCP oligarchs & their families." If you go out of 1st & 2nd line cities people are literally struggling/starving. This is 95% of Chinese people. Even people have bank deposits are not able to withdraw to pay their daily expenses. Banks simply don't have the money so they make up all kinds of excuses not letting people withdraw. So what good is that bank deposit?
@georgesiew6203
@georgesiew6203 Ай бұрын
@@klotus8885 You obviously don't know what you are talking about and have never verified any of the information you are fed with your own eyes. Chinese people are pretty the same everywhere. Whether you meet them in Ohio or Dalian most of them have a lot more money than your average American. Who is starving? You got to be kidding me with the level of ignorance. There is such a glut of food in China right now that prices for every kind of protein has been crashing. Walk around anywhere in China. Everywhere is drowning in excess. You can't even find a place to park in some backwater village. There are restaurants and shops everywhere. The shops are so high density you literally cannot go one block without walking by a pharmacy. You need to take your head out of your ass and smell the air instead of just chocking on your own farts.

@@iainmrodgers9991 The savings rate you can look up on google its public info. The 19 trillion I heard from some analysis. There's no open source on that because that is not an officially reported number. You have to dig through bank financials and impute the number with assumptions to get at an estimate like that. That being said I know there are Mackenzie and Price Water House reports on household wealth in China. I recall seeing something recently from Mackenzie about the potential wage and spending level in China. These analysis though may not be free. Anyway I find the number fairly credible based on many other economics accounts that we can see.

08 housing of Chine is far worse. While USA was a Financial products / debt bubble pop . China depends on it with GDP, jobs numbers , and local provinces funding. Fully dependent on construction and lending of new housing. And in turn housing fully depends on people belief and "trust" than if they invest now in the future is going to rise the value. While the USA people fought not to lose their houses, Chinese citizens don't truly own it, instead using as a investment tool.

I’m sick of him and his friends videos that post market crash as stocks go up 30% days after. It’s unbelievable the timing on these videos. People pay for this financial advice?

It is and most pessimistic people will miss the bottom. Ironically the peoole who benefit the most will be marginal buyers who couldn't afford a house until they realize after a crash they can and instead of speculating about the market dropping another 25% they just buy the house and accidently time the bottom.
