Thanks to the video but sad to see that there are people still in Kerala who couldn't afford a LED TV and hence stuck with the ages old CRT. Anyway expect more technical videos ❤

Not because Keralites cannot afford LED TV, 90% of LED TV available in the market will be pannel or board within two to three years. As a complaint, it is still in demand here as most of the people are looking for old CRT Tv. Anyway, 15-20 years of a CRT Tv is pretty good.

@@Assembling_and_repairing , i am aware about the life span etc but CRT has the drawback of lower resolution and small sized screen. Personally, i can't watch CRT TV after using LED TV. Even if it won't last long, i won't buy a CRT again. I understand that everyone's mentality won't be the same. There should be people out there preferring CRT over LED. However I have heared from some other technicians that they stopped doing CRT TV repair due to lack of quality components. They said the spares now available are cheap quality and doesn't last long, corrupting the technican's name. I would like to know your experience on the longevity of the now available spares.

You are very right. A CRT will never match the picture quality of an LED TV. Most of the people in Kerala would have paid EMI for more than one year to buy a LED TV, so if the TV bought gets damaged in two years, then it will not be possible to buy it again. That's why they choose CRT Tv. The TV I have shown in the video has been working for over 20 years. China board was installed in it last year. A LOT of damage is now due to Lightning. Another reason is that the china kit costs only 1150 rupees.

I have repaired more than 120 CRT TVs, but only 28 LED TVs have been repaired and delivered to customers. No one repairs panel damage. Because almost 90% of the cost of LED TV is for the panel. Buying a new TV is cheaper than replacing the panel.

LG crt ടിവിയുടെ LOT മാറ്റിയിട്ടും ടിവി പ്രവർത്തിച്ച് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് picture blank ആയിപ്പോകുന്നു.ആ സമയം ടിവി ഓഫ് ചെയ്ത് വീണ്ടും ഓൺ ചെയ്താൽ കുറച്ച് സമയത്തേക്ക് വർക്ക് ചെയ്ത്,അതെ പോലെ തന്നെ സംഭവിക്കുന്നു.സൗണ്ട് കിട്ടുന്നുണ്ട്.എന്തായിരിക്കും കാരണം?
