I seriously doubt it, they have 9 active, fully worked up with a century of air ship borne operations experience, not counting the 11 nuclear carriers with roughly 4 times the sortie rate and aircraft that can actually get airborne with a full payload.

VSTOL aircraft come with many inherent drawbacks in weight, complexity and cost. There's no real reason for the chinese to go for it, especially in the light of the endless problems the americans encountered with the f-35b (even after the vtol tech transfer from Yakovlev). Also, this is mostly a drone+helicopter carrier. Aircraft sorties are a secondary requirement at best.
