Nice solution and explanation. There is another way to solve the problem after finding out that: 2x - 1 = √3 and therefore by squaring: 2x^2 = 2x + 1 By multiplying by x we obtain: 2x^3 = 2x^2 + x = 3x + 1 By taking to the third power we obtain: 8x^9 = 27x^3 + 1 + 9x (3x + 1) = 27x^3 + 27x^2 + 9x + 1 Therefore: 16x^9 = 27(2x^3 ) + 27(2x^2 ) + 9(2x) + 2 = 27(3x + 1) + 27(2x + 1) + 18x + 2 And therefore: 16x^9 = 153x + 56 The rest is known.

Very nice math solution, but I genuinely thought this was recorded in 2006. You should consider using better equipment. It really makes a difference.

Very nice. 2 things I didn't understand: root 2 was replaced with 1, and 4x² was rewritten as (4x + 2).

Простое решение. Все упрощаем и вычисляем методом устного счета. 1. Сокращаем все выражение в скобках на √2. 2. Складываем числитель √ 3+1 округляем, получаем 2,8. 3. Делим числитель на знаменатель 2,8 : 4 = 0,7. 4. Возводим в 9 степень 0,7 х 0,7= 0,49 округляем до 0,5. 0,5 х 0,5 х 0,5 х 0,5= 0,0625 округляем до 0,06 0,7 х 0,06=0,042 Если нужна большая точность, используем калькулятор.

The idea is very deep, but if ((((SQRT 3 +1)/2) ^2)^2)^2 and Result multiply by (SQRT 3 +1)/2) the result will be more faster, for my opinion.
