the swing motor on these chinese excavators isnt regulated by a pressure relief valve. which is also the reason why it is very abrupt and forceful in its start and stopping of the rotation. it is bound to fail eventually. there is a youtuber who put togheter a pressure relief valve kit for it. i forgot his name tho.
