The morning market is always bustling with life! Early in the morning, the stalls are already set up, and the lively smell of street food fills the air. It's a big market where you can find everything, but the most tempting thing is definitely the variety of street food.
At the lamb noodle stall, the vendor is busy serving bowls of lamb noodles. The broth is rich, the lamb is tender, and with some cilantro and chili oil on top, the taste is simply amazing. A hot bowl of lamb noodles in the morning warms you up instantly. Nearby, an uncle is shouting, "Ten-yuan lunch box, ten yuan for a full meal!" The lunch box is packed with different dishes, both meat and vegetables, and is quite affordable. Many people passing by the market buy one, eating as they continue to shop.
The noodle stall is also crowded, with the owner moving skillfully-boiling noodles, adding seasonings, and mixing everything together seamlessly. The noodles are springy, and the broth is strong in flavor, giving a real kick with every bite. Just a few steps away, there’s a stall selling "mouthwatering chicken," where the lady boss greets customers with a smile. She pours spicy red oil over the sliced chicken, and the fragrant aroma alone makes your mouth water.
Then there's the steamed pork with rice flour. When the steamer lid is lifted, the steam and aroma hit you right away. The meat is tender and juicy, and each bite is incredibly satisfying. And the red oil wontons-they are thin-skinned and full of rich filling. A bowl served with red oil, sprinkled with sesame seeds and green onions, gives a spicy kick that makes you want to keep eating more.
The "Shaobai" (braised pork belly) stall is also very popular. The owner puts slices of perfectly layered fatty and lean meat on top of hot rice. It's fragrant, not greasy, and when paired with warm rice, each bite is pure happiness.
This morning market is the epitome of everyday life, full of people, laughter, and food of all kinds. Watching people gather around the stalls, chatting and laughing, fills the heart with warmth. Shopping at the market, buying some snacks, and listening to the vendors’ calls-this is the true taste of life, the most down-to-earth experience of a traditional Chinese market!
