There's nothing better than boiling meat on the bone until you get the essence of that particular meat. And then you make a wonderful dish of Ramen out of it. Its a long process, but so worth the time and money for a delicious bowl of original Ramen like in this video. No ifs, ands or buts... Nothing compares to the work that goes into such a wonderful and tasty creation....

I love how everything is clean in the kitchen, from the machines, the tools, to the tables where they process stuff. I just can't stand a dirty kitchen. The chef also present the food nicely in the bowls, showing a great dedication. Respect! 👌
