@@jaker3151no I’m not a British Born Chinese..l have been living in the uk for 50 years and I can speak Cantonese and understand about 30% of mandarin and read about 40% ….currently living in China 5 months of the year Luckin Coffee and HeyTea are probably the 2 most popular China brands in China

I’m not trying to restrict your freedom of speech … however you are praising a government of a country where these values does not exist… you being British you can criticize both negatively as well as positively as much as you like back home, but the Chinese can’t do the same in their home country … imagine you being put away for asking the British PM repeatedly to step down … guess what ? Can you say the same about your country ….only you and others that have never been to China seem to hold such a big strong opinion on how the China government should be Zzzzzzz….. And do you really think it makes any difference at all to your government in the west if you jump up and down and demonstrate about any issues …. Fallen on deaf ears … How much is petrol in your country ? How much is electricity in your country ? How much are cars in your country ? I’m from Denmark which is a pretty good country to be living in I would say even I’m not currently living there. Yes the Danish government is always trying to make the life of the average Joe better. Are things in Denmark expensive ? Very expensive however high salaries goes hand in hand with the cost of living. Taiwan is my home & I love it here, I don’t think I will ever move back to Denmark to be honest, not because there is anything wrong with Denmark, but because I have been away for so long. I been to mainland China many times & on the surface everything looks great and there are many great things in China. However when you begin to dig a little deeper then it might not be as great, but obviously every country got issues to deal with. I have mainland Chinese friends and co-workers, great people. Regardless whether we are British, Danish, Chinese, Americans & so forth we should all be able to express ourselves without getting in trouble and put away. I’m not here to troll you or tell you what to do, who am I to do that ? I’m just saying the Chinese do not have the same freedom as you and I do … I’m not talking about the freedom to drink a beer on the street, but the freedom to do and say as you like. You seem to be a great guy & I couldn’t care less what equipment you use, it is not important! Should you come to Taiwan please let me know, it will be my pleasure to show you around without any politics. Cheers!
