Lovely that you travelled to Xi'an, I did my bachelor there and it's definitely incredible! I also highly recommend you guys go to Chongqing if you can bare the hotness there(both food and weather), as it's so unique to be a modern city built upon mountains. Anyway, have a nice trip!

The high speed train network in China is AMAZING. I prefer it to air travel whenever I can, since it’s much more convenient, environmentally friendly, and equally fast (airport usually locates way out of the metropolitan area, much harder to get to than the train station ).
