Everyone is on the take let’s say a road project is announced they allocate the money for the road and the mayor of the local town gets his cut other people get their cut so the road is suppose to have 5 inches of asphalt well it now has 2

Gongshan, as the video indicates in 0:46, is in Yunnan province and is in fact next to Myanmar. However, that is completely different than what the video description says, that this is Guizhou, which is an interior province and has no border from China. The description also talks about bamboo and coal, when the video contains only reference to the lead mine. WTF.

The reason people have to travel the road is to make a living. I imagine that can include just about anything in such a place. It's the equivalent of working the streets of a major US city, hustling to survive, even though it involves danger. Risk a life to stay alive. What a bargain.

I know nature can be unpredictable, but that Isuzu is no more than 500kgs on each wheel, but minutes before 5 guys were leaning over right at the edge of that road, easily putting almost equal wheel-weight. Slow and steady wins the race here. And to think he even pulled out nervously at the end. That guy deserves a slap, not millions in lead.

It is not a truck, it is a farm vehicle that uses a single-cylinder diesel engine. In China, It is called as "five-wheeler", between tractors and light trucks, and has been discontinued twenty years.
